Referral Request Options
Anyone can make a referral to Serenity Group INC. To set up an evaluation, however an authorization is needed to start services from Molina Healthcare, Superior HealthPlan, Amerigroup Healthcare, United Healthcare Community Plan and Area on Aging – Dallas,Tarrant, North Central Texas and Traditional Medicaid.
